Sponsor Opportunities at Brandywine Polo
Many companies benefit from a visible presence at community events and activities. We offer several opportunities to show community support, develop company awareness and sponsor fun, exciting family-friendly events during the summer.
Peanut Scramble Sponsor – $250
At halftime, a company representative will “host” the peanut scramble for our younger visitors. Children under 12 scramble to collect peanuts in the shell, that they may enjoy during the second half of the match. Includes 10 general admission tickets.
Banner Displayed for the Season – $500
Your company banner will be displayed on the Brandywine Polo grounds for the entire season, June through mid-September. Your company provides a banner or sign. This opportunity includes one car pass which may be used at any time during the season and is fully transferable.
Match Sponsor – $500
You will receive acknowledgement throughout the day over the PA system and participate in trophy presentation after the match, as well as provide 6 “trophies” for presentation to the winning team. Included are 20 general admission passes (children under 16 free).
Party Package – $1,000
Celebrate a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion at Brandywine Polo. Enjoy the match then use the club’s pavilion for a post-match party** Includes 50 general admission tickets.
** Catering can be coordinated for an additional cost.
